Refund policy

"Made to Order", "Pre Order Items" and discounted orders are not returnable. Intimate, bedding sets and sanitary conscious items are also not returnable. Other orders are available for returns within 7 days of the delivery date in their original conditions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping cost is added to each item even if it is labeled free shipping. This cost is not refundable therefore it will be subtracted and the rest is refunded if all other conditions are met. We are not responsible for the possible damage caused during the return shipping process.
